Every cup of coffee, from lattes and specialty drinks to a cup of plain black drip coffee, uses high quality, fair trade organic coffee beans roasted in Madison WI. We are not here to sell you a mediocre cup of coffee. We pride ourselves in knowing how to properly use our equipment so we consistently provide you with the best cup of coffee every time you visit.
About our Coffee
We have partnered with JUST Coffee Cooperative to provide the most transparent and ethically sourced coffee available. Every single bag of their coffee can be tracked from the roaster to the farmer cooperative it came from through a code on every bag.
The code shows you:
Country of Origin
Roast Type
Date of roasting
The international green coffee lot number
The price-per-pound paid to the grower cooperative.
We also use fair trade tea, chai, matcha, and chocolate in all our drinks and offer a selection of healthier snacks and goodies.
